CANCELLATION POLICY

Last minute cancellations, reschedules & - repeat offenders

• The day of or after business hours the day before will result in a $50 charge. 
• If you don’t have a card on file which is required you will have to pay the $50 at your next appointment or prior to appointment.

NO SHOWS

• No show no call will result in a
  80% charge for any Facial, Lash Lifts and Sugaring service booked.
• 50% for any Clinical Service booked

DEPOSITS

• $200 or more will require a $100 deposit
  If you no show or no call, your deposit is forfeited
• Dependent on what service was booked you will be charged by credit card on file according to what’s owed 50% or 80% depending what service was booked. Your deposit will go towards it.
